Warranty
Standard warranty on refurbished product is 90 day Telrepco Depot Warranty unless stated otherwise.
Standard warranty on new or manufacturer refurbished is covered by the manufacturer.
Telrepco Depot Warranty
The limited warranty applies to Telrepco products sold with a Telrepco Mail-In Depot Warranty. Telrepco warrants this product against defect in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days, commencing on the date of purchase.
If a product or part proves to be defective, Telrepco will bear the cost of labor and materials for hardware replacement or repair during the specified warranty period. Telrepco shall have the option to repair or replace any defective part(s) with new parts or, at the option of Telrepco, with serviceable used parts that are equivalent in performance. Such services shall be the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
If it is necessary to ship a defective product to Telrepco, the customer must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from customer service. the defective product must be securely packaged (original boxes are suggested), the RA# must be on the packing slip or box and insured for shipment. Owner agrees to insure and accept all liability for loss of or damage to this product. Freight/Transportation charges to Telrepco shall be paid by the owner, return Freight/Transportation will be provided by Telrepco. Turn-around time for warranty service is generally within 2 weeks.
Extended Warranty
Telrepco offers an extended service for ( 12 ) months beyond the standard 90 day period, providing you with ( 1 ) one full year and ( 3 ) three months of service coverage. Additionally, Telrepco offers an additional warranty coverage option providing up to two or three years coverage. Ask your sales rep for more informaton.
